The Effective Outreach with Children online course will be running from 5th-7th November 2025 (inclusive).
This purchase is for one place on the full three-day online course:
5th November 9am to 5pm
6th November 9am to 5pm
7th November 9am to 4pm
The course will take place over Zoom and Moodle combining a mix of live events and independent task work. The maximum number of participants is twelve.
In the notes section at checkout, please enter:
- Participant's full name (if different to the person checking out)
- Participant's organisation / DTP / Department
- Participant's email address (where you would like joining instructions for the course to be sent), it if is different to the one you are checking out with.
You will receive an automated receipt by email confirming your purchase and within 24 hours of purchase, and a booking confirmation email confirming your place on the course within 48 hours (please check your spam folder).
Your booking confirmation email will contain a link to a registration form where you will be asked to provide further details about yourself and your research. You'll need to include a short summary of your research (100-300 words). This is an essential prerequisite to joining the course as it enables me to tailor the course specifically to you, offering individual guidance and support.

Cancellations and refunds
If you wish to cancel your booking please email [email protected]. Cancellations are subject to the following terms:
- If you wish to cancel your booking prior to one month before the first day of the course, you will be offered a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be offered for cancellations made within one calendar month of the start date of the course.
- No refunds can be made for partial attendance by the participant.
- In the unlikely even that Sparking STEM has to cancel the course, any payments already made will be refunded in full and any invoices issued will be cancelled.
- A course may be cancelled if there are fewer than four confirmed places booked one month before the start of a course. In this instance any payments already made will be refunded in full and any invoices issued will be cancelled. Alternative dates will be offered at the earliest opportunity.
