Return and refund policy
Any transit breakages, discrepancies or issues must be reported by email within 14 days of dispatch and we will do everything possible to rectify the problem.
If you no longer want your purchase, you can return it to us in its original, unused condition within 14 days of dispatch for a full refund or exchange. In this instance, returning the goods is at the customer's expense and postage is non-refundable.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible and we will cancel the order and refund your payment if your order has not yet been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched you will be able to return it subject to the returns and refunds policy.
- Delivery is free of charge on all orders over £15 and a flat rate of £3.50 on orders below £12. (With the exception of "SnaKey Rings" which come with free delivery*)
- *Delivery on SnaKey Rings, Magic Materials Sets and Glow Coasters is free. Simply choose the £0.00 option at checkout. (Please note if you choose the paid option at £3.50 you will be charged £3.50)
- Shipping of goods is currently to the United Kingdom only.
- Products are dispatched within 2 business days and posted via courier standard service (2-4 business days). The Dual light microscope is shipped with extra insurance and requires a signature upon delivery.
